Young Clergy Women International is a network of the youngest ordained clergy women, defined as those under 40 years of age.
We are our members. The young clergy women that join our community make us the dynamic group we are. Our membership includes around 2,200 young clergy women and alumnae from around the world!

*We use an inclusive definition of “women” and “female.” All women are eligible for membership, including trans women and cis women. No prospective member will be required to provide medical or legal documentation of her gender identity. Genderqueer and non-binary people who feel that their membership in a women’s organization is appropriate are also eligible.
Why We Exist
Ministry can be lonely. Ministry as women* can be lonely. Ministry before 40 can be lonely.

We are an online community that connects our members to each other in order to receive support, share resources, and build connections with those undergoing the unique experience of being a young clergy woman.
